With 19 years at NFLG, Zhonghuang Lin has seen it all, from the front lines to strategic management. As Global Service Director and Dean of the NFLG Academy, he has built a rare perspective: understanding the technical, operational, and human sides of every project.

🤝 What drives him most? Teamwork in moments of challenge, when collaboration turns pressure into growth. His favorite projects: major installations. Test planning, coordination, and relationships, and every success is a reminder that perseverance, flexibility, and trust are the foundation of achievement.

🍳 Beyond work, Zhonghuang brings warmth and curiosity to life. On overseas assignments, he traded his homemade Chinese dishes for colleagues’ grilled sausages, showing that connection and learning often happen in the simplest, most unexpected moments.
